Red Row Retreat
Red Row Retreat consists of two self catering suites and two additional rooms split across the retreat. Available to book as your own exclusive accommodation sleeping up to 10 guests or as individual suites.
Old Red Row Rooms
Decorated in warm, earthy tones and adorned with handcrafted furniture and luxurious linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Featuring unique touches like copper roll-top tubs and stunning countryside views.
Huckleberry Cottage
Self Catering Cottage just a short stumble (2-3 minute walk) from the Black Horse Beamish and set in the idyllic Beamish conservation valley with fabulous panoramic views over the rolling countryside.

pet friendly accommodation
Our ground-floor Old Red Row Rooms, Red Row Retreat and Huckleberry Cottage are all pet-friendly.
If you're bringing your four-legged friend along with you, there will be a small charge of £30 per night. If you would like to dine with your pet whilst you are here, our bar area is dog-friendly and we provide water bowls, dog treats, and poo bags.
Please note…
We do have one or two requests for guests bringing dogs to ensure that everyone gets the best experience at The Black Horse Beamish.
Please try to keep your furry friends off the beds.
Dogs are welcome to wander the estate but must be kept on a leash at all times.
Please clean up after them.
